Welcome to Shoplaty! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shoplaty website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Shoplaty, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. About Shoplaty

Shoplaty (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a platform that allows Shopify store owners to convert their online stores into branded mobile applications for iOS and Android.

2. Eligibility

To use Shoplaty, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • Have the authority to enter into a binding agreement if you are using our Services on behalf of a company.

3. Accounts

  • You must create an account to access certain features of Shoplaty.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Some Services require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be clearly presented during checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until canceled.

  • Refunds: Shoplaty offers a 14-day refund policy from the date of subscription. After this period, payments are non-refundable.

5. Use of Services

  • You agree to use Shoplaty only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You may not misuse our Services, attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with the security and functionality of Shoplaty.

  • You are responsible for the content you upload or use within your mobile app.

  • Prohibited Content: You may not use Shoplaty to promote, sell, or distribute any items that are illegal, harmful, dangerous, fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Alcoholic beverages

  2. Weapons or harmful substances

  3. Adult or explicit content

  4. Counterfeit goods or intellectual property violations

  5. Any content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination

  • Right to Suspend or Terminate: Shoplaty reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently shut down your app if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your store or app content violates these Terms or includes prohibited items.

Shoplaty reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently shut down your app if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your store or app content violates these Terms or includes prohibited items. If your app is suspended or terminated due to such violations, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in Shoplaty’s platform, technology, designs, and trademarks belong to Shoplaty or its licensors.

  • You retain rights to your store’s content and branding, but by using our Services, you grant Shoplaty a license to use such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Shoplaty is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoplaty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to Shoplaty at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse our Services.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
